Dekura is part of the Epwin Group of companies a manufacturer of low maintenance building products.
With over 30 businesses in the UK including extruding plants the recycled material is utilised into many new and useful building products for the future.
Given that research shows that each PVC-U product can be recycled over 10 times and still maintain performance, it can have a total life span of 350 years, making it one of the most sustainable materials available to the construction industry.
Once reprocessed the PVC-U materials are used within the group’s facilities closing the loop on the recycling process.
We have many products which utilise the recycled material including;
RCM – used for the strengthen of windows instead of traditional materials
Cavity Closures – used for the new build market
We have also produced the UK’s first window made from 100% post consumer waste
