Repellet - Available For Manufacture

At our Telford operation centre is a state of the art recycling plant where we sort, grade, clean and process PVC-U into a number of products including chip granulate, micronised powder and compounded pellets (available in 3 colours).

Advanced rubber and metal extraction processes mean that our products are the purest on the market and perfect for a wide range of products, including pipes, electrical ducting or even mouldings for door and windows.

We have a plant capacity of 30,000 tonnes of recycled material per annum mainly of window grade rigid PVC.

Repellet

Repellet is our recycled material available in 3mm pellet form this material is suitable for single or twin screw extruders.

We are also able to offer various colour variations depending on the quantity.

Repellet is currently being used to manufacture a whole range of products throughout the world. A whole range of marketplaces have taken Repellet to be used in garden products, industrial applications and building materials from cavity closures in new build housing to window and door cills.

We can provide any quantity of Repellet from our central warehousing facilities.
